Consistently Excellent Service
Purchased an integrated washer in early January. The salesperson, Ibrahim, was friendly and well-informed, but he didn’t pressure me at all.

The price for the machine was fantastic, way better than what I found at local stores. I set up for it to be installed and my old one taken away (also at a reasonable cost).

They showed up right on time, did a top-notch job, and even put back the door I had removed from the integrated unit.

The store has a really nice atmosphere, with staff who are super friendly and quick to help.

Today, Jamie and Jamil (Jam) brought my new appliance, and I gotta say, they were super friendly and nice. They took great care of my home, making sure to carefully take out the old appliance and set up the new one without causing any damage. Really great guys, I appreciate you both a ton!

Fantastic service and super friendly team

While browsing the web, I came across exactly what I needed: a slimline wine cooler. I wasn't sure which store had it, and I really didn't want to trek all the way to Birmingham. Thankfully, they moved it to the Dudley branch for me. I received two calls—one from Birmingham checking if I noticed any damage, and another letting me know it had arrived at Dudley. However, when I finally unwrapped all that packing at home, I found there were no feet included. I guess it might've taken a while to get that sorted out. Since I was in the middle of getting a new kitchen installed, I had to get creative and used four 10mm bolts instead.

I purchased a freezer that was previously on display through the internet. Since I hadn’t had a chance to check it out in person, they were kind enough to send me multiple pictures of the unit to ensure I was satisfied before they shipped it. The delivery was speedy. Really impressed with the service!

Andy responded to my inquiries about the cooker super fast and even gave me a call on a Sunday! I was kept in the loop about the order's progress through emails and texts, and it showed up right on time. Living in the north west, I thought getting it delivered from Birmingham might be a hassle, but it was no problem at all. All in all, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend Borshch electronically.

Considering the last time I bought a cooker was 23 years back, this felt like a pretty intimidating task. But let me tell ya, the staff, including the manager, were super polite, patient, and really accommodating. They listened well, were knowledgeable, honest, and understanding, which made me feel at ease and helped me choose the right appliance for myself. The manager was always around and eager to provide extra support and insights to me, my mom, and his team. All in all, the crew worked together like a friendly bunch to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase, the service I got, and the help I’ll receive when my new appliance gets delivered and set up. My fridge freezer is quite old and out of warranty. One of its handle hinges broke. I visited Borsch to seek some help. The staff member just took it to the workshop and replaced the hinges at no cost. Fantastic service! I've been a customer of Borsch for 30 years and have always had a great experience.

This is an update to my earlier review. Matt from Borshch called me to get a better grasp of the situation, mentioning they could've helped if we had reached out sooner. I told him that wasn’t the vibe we got when we bought the machine, and he promised to look into it. Then Alley from the Birmingham office rang me up, apologized, and explained that there was a mix-up with the sales process, assuring me he would handle it personally. I gotta say, Alley and the rest of the crew really went above and beyond to assist us, and today we went back to grab a replacement we liked. This time around, customer service was spot on, and we’ll definitely consider shopping here again.

On another note, I work for a company that bought a washing machine from the Dudley location, and it didn’t work right from the get-go. Borshch hasn’t been helpful in getting the machine returned, so we had to reach out to the manufacturer ourselves. The labeling on the machine is incorrect, and the engineers have had to come back multiple times because the parts don’t match. It’s really disappointing since we dropped a good amount of cash at this store, but I doubt we’ll be back.
